Model Performance-1

Click on the cell in the Model Performance Grid (see previous topic, Building Models) that is highlighted in bright green; it is the best ensemble as determined automatically by ADMET Modeler. Note that it has a lower test set RMSE than the model obtained using input gradient descriptor selection while having the same architecture.

Inspect the model performance by varying the graph settings.

Close the Performance Viewer window.
