4.6. Similarity Screening

ADMET Predictor allows you to measure the similarities between a selected compound (referred to as the reference compound) and the remaining compounds in the spreadsheet, and to display the resulting similarity scores within the Pairs tab. Similarity is measured using the method specified in the section on generating matched molecular pairs.
