Basic Modeler Settings

1. In the first window of ADMET Modeler, ExlogP is displayed as the dependent variable, and valid numeric descriptors are automatically listed.

2. A different random seed is generated each time Modeler is launched. If you would like to obtain the same results as described here, enter 8338 as the Random seed.

1. Accept all defaults and click Next.
