Key-Attribute Correlation.

Calculates the correlation coefficient between the keys in the main spreadsheet and one or more numeric compound attributes. This can be used, for example, to find the substructures that most correlate with biological activity. After using this feature, the main spreadsheet will display one or more columns with the name r(\<Attribute_Name>), where “r” indicates the Pearson correlation coefficient and Attribute_Name is the name of the selected compound attribute. See the description of this column in a subsequent section for additional information.

Convert Keys to Attributes.

Creates new numeric compound attributes using the currently selected keys. Attribute names will be taken from the Key Name column of the main spreadsheet, and attribute values will be based on the Focus Key Value column. Once new attributes are created from the keys, they can be used for a variety of purposes, including model building with ADMET Modeler.

Rename Keys.

Allows you to specify a new prefix for naming the keys. For example, entering “ECFP_” will result in keys having the names “ECFP_1”, “ECFP_2”, etc.

Keys Tab Settings.

Modify options specific to the Keys tab. For example, you can change what happens when a key is double clicked in the main spreadsheet.
