Starting with ADMET Predictor 14.0, the units for concentration and clearance in HTPK result can be changed. Concentration results (e.g., Cmax) can be changed from the default ng/mL to
ug/mL, nM or uM, and clearance results can be changed from the default L/h to mL/min/kg.
To make units changes, use the menu item TOOLS >> PK Simulation >> Modify HTPK Result Units.
Any changes are saved in a system file called HTPKResultUnits.txt. This file is read when
ADMET Predictor starts, so changes will be remembered each time you run the software. The tooltip will contain the specified units, e.g., Estimated total clearance [mL/min/kg]…
We recommend that units not be changed unless they are changed consistently and permanently
for all users within your organization. Otherwise there could be confusion when sharing results
that use different units.
