1.11.7. Hide/Unhide Rows
Spreadsheet rows can be hidden from view so as to be ignored in subsequent operations such as substructure search and file export. To hide rows, select the rows you want to hide and then click on VIEW>>Hide/Unhide>>Hide Selected or use the Ctrl+Alt+H keyboard shortcut. The number of hidden rows will be displayed in the right-hand portion of the status bar at the bottom of the application window.
To unhide all rows, use VIEW>>Hide/Unhide >>Unhide All or Ctrl+Alt+u.
You can also hide rows using the Spreadsheet Control panel described in an earlier section. To unhide the compounds again, change the combo box selections back to “<Mol Property>”. Note that compounds hidden using the sliders can be made “permanently” hidden using the menu item View >> Hide/Unhide >> Hide Filtered. Once you have used this option, the hidden compounds cannot be unhidden using the sliders and can only be unhidden using View >> Hide/Unhide >> Unhide All. This is convenient if, for example, you have more than three properties on which to perform hiding, since now a single slider can be used more than once.
